1.2 فحص الملحقات والتحقق منها بعد فتح العلبة

1.2.1 فك التغليف والفحص البصري

عند إخراج الجهاز من العبوة، تعامل معه برفق وتجنب استخدام الأدوات الحادة التي قد تخدش الغلاف الخارجي. بعد إخراجه، افحص الجزء الخارجي من الجهاز للتأكد من عدم وجود أي تشوهات أو انبعاجات ظاهرة، وأن الأزرار سليمة وغير مفكوكة. إذا لاحظت أي خلل في الجهاز أو ملحقاته، فلا تقم بتشغيله. يرجى الاتصال بنا فورًا.

The standard main components are as follows: From left to right, the four guide tubes are set at different heights for testing IK10, IK07, IK08و IK09, respectively. There are three impact hammers/steel balls: the small one is used for testing IK07, the medium one for IK08, and the large one for IK09 و IK10.

2. احتياطات السلامة

2.1 السلامة الكهربائية

Single-phase AC 220 V ±10%. Power outlets must comply with safety standards, provide proper grounding, and have a rated current that matches the device’s power rating.

2.1.2 مواصفات التأريض

The equipment must be reliably grounded, with a grounding resistance of ≤4 Ω. Do not use gas pipes, non-metallic water pipes, or the neutral wire as a substitute for the ground wire to prevent electric shock caused by poor grounding.

Wear impact-resistant gloves and safety goggles to prevent flying debris or ricochets from the impact hammer from causing injury;

The distance between the equipment and walls and surrounding structures (such as other test equipment and shelving) must be at least 1000 mm to facilitate operation and maintenance;

3. الاستعدادات قبل الاختبار

3.1 تحضير العينة

The housing of the test specimen must be clean, brand-new, and intact, with all components properly installed, in accordance with the product’s original factory condition;

If specified in the product standards, samples must be pretreated (e.g., powered on, or simulated to mimic the operating state of moving parts); if not specified, prepare the samples under normal temperature and pressure conditions.

3.2 Confirmation of Test Standards

The IEC 60068-2-75 (GB/T 2423.55) standard specifies the following IK ratings and impact heights:

Specifically, the impact heights for IK07, IK08, IK09, IK10و IK11 وهي 400 مم، 300 مم، 200 مم، 400 مم، و500 مم على التوالي.

Note: The impact height is the vertical distance from the center of gravity of the impact hammer during the test; the guide tube’s range encompasses the entire trajectory of the impact hammer from its initial position to the point of contact with the sample. Therefore, the height of the guide tube is not the impact height; however, when the dimensions of the impact hammer are taken into account and the test is conducted using the corresponding guide tube, the impact height of the impact hammer is the impact height required by the standard.

4. إجراءات اختبار تصنيف IK

Turn on the equipment.

Install the appropriate guide tube based on the IK rating of the item being tested.

Display the samples.

Rotate the turntable and adjust the drop height so that the guide tube is close to but does not touch the sample.

Press the CLAMP button to activate the magnetic force in the device’s magnetic attachment.

Insert the corresponding impact hammer through the opening on the side of the guide tube.

Press the RELEASE button to release the impact hammer and complete the test.

5. إجراءات ما بعد الاختبار

5.1 إيقاف تشغيل الجهاز وإعادة ضبطه

Turn off the power switch;

If testing will not continue that day, remove the guide catheter.

5.2 تحضير العينة وملاحظتها

الفحص البصري: تحقق من غلاف العينة بحثًا عن الشقوق أو الانبعاجات أو التقشر، وتحقق مما إذا كانت أي من أدوات التثبيت مفكوكة؛

Functional Testing: Power on the sample and test whether all functions are operating normally, with no functional failures;

حدد ما إذا كان المنتج يفي بمتطلبات تصنيف IK بناءً على معايير المنتج، وسجل نتائج الاختبار (ناجح/راسب).

5.3 إعداد بيئة الاختبار

Clean the equipment surfaces: Wipe down the test stand, stage, and impact hammer with a dry cloth to remove dust and grease. Do not use water or corrosive cleaning agents;

5.4 التخزين والصيانة على المدى الطويل (عند عدم الاستخدام لأكثر من شهر واحد)

Component Storage: After cleaning the impact hammer, apply rust-preventative oil and place it separately in a packaging box to prevent impact;

Equipment Protection: Cover with a dust cover; store in a dry, well-ventilated environment with a temperature of 5–35°C and humidity ≤ 60%;

Regular Power-On: Power on and test the system once a month.
